The most important thing to remember about truck freight is that you MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.
If you are ordering a very large item, please keep in mind that you may need a couple of people to help unload it. Alternatively, most truck freight companies offer additional services to help you move items from the truck into your house. Once we email you the tracking information you can contact the shipper directly to inquire about additional services. You would be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier for any additional services.

I live in a condo and I bought this fireplace for a new little sun-room that I had added recently that tends to get quite cold in the winter with it's many windows and tile floor. This fireplace heats up the room to 'warm and cozy' in 10 minutes all by itself with the doors closed. This sun-room connects to a large den which can itself stay quite chilly sometimes but all I have to do is turn the stove on and in a matter of 10-15 minutes the chill disappears. I couldn't be happier with the size, design or function of this electric fireplace. It's adorable and really much prettier than it appears in the pictures. I'm considering purchasing another corner unit for another room.

This fireplace heats up quickly and is a great addition to our beach house. It looks cute and is compact. The only minor flaw is that the sides are hollow sounding metal when you tap on them. If no one touches it then it is perfect.

As extra heat for a drafty room I find this great looking unit works very well.From across the room the fire looks more real then most other similar heaters.So far I am happy.

No doubt this is expensive for what you get. No remote control, a low looking flame, and a heater that ticks when it turns. The fireplace is white, this is the only great looking white fireplace, but, to me, save money and buy a black one and paint it white because for the money they designed it to look good and function not so good. The flame is way too low for my taste

This stove turned out to be much more than we expected. It will fit perfect in our sun room. The flame looks like the real thing. I like the idea you can turn the stove on without the heat with the flame light on. It is nice and I recommend it to anyone who interested in this model. I feel you can not go wrong.

It was shipped quickly and was well packed. Except for a slight blemish on one leg (needs a little extra paint on a very small spot), it is a very nice looking stove. It also does the job it was advertised to do. The price was good and it is much more attractive than any stove we could find to purchase locally.
