      purchased for look and heat promise.
      NOT WORKING CURRENTLY -- does not blow heat

      Service and delivery comments:

      Delivery was prompt.
      However, I've owned the heater for a very, very short time -- and the blower at the bottom of the unit is no longer functioning. Of course, I would like to rectify this situation either by way of replacement of unit or fixed. Please advise what we need to do. Thank you. I have numbers of visitors seeing the unit and love the way it looks, however, I am unable to recommend it due to function problem.

        The product did produce heat, but the lighted realistic flame never worked. The bulbs were not burnt out, and the reflectors rotated.
        Too much of a hassle to return--I will try to find some one locally who can repair the switch.
        Although the unit arrived on-time and in good condition, otherwise, I will not make any future purchases from CSN.

        Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
