I was SO skeptical purchasing an item of this value sight-unseen and I was SO surprised. We absolutely love the fireplace, couldn't be more beautiful; couldn't be more realistic. For those that are not convinced, you won't be disappointed. The packaging was awesome and assembly was complete in less than an hour. Customer service was extraordinarily helpful and delivery was on time, need I say more. Worth the investment.
