The fireplace matches my livingroom decor beautifully and it is warm and realistic as well. I would buy another Dimplex fireplace from CSN in a hearbeat!

Delivery was quick. There was a small problem with the firebox. IT WAS RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY. CSN was very professional and easy to deal with. I am very happy with their service, their price matching, and the 2% CSN credit I received for placing my order. I just placed another order with them tonight and recommended them to friends.

We can't say enough about the quality of the fireplace we ordered. We were amazed at how easily the fireplace went together and how perfectly everything went into place. The flame is very realistic and the fireplace would be easy to tear down and take with us if we had to relocate. The people who delivered it were great. We would not hesitate to order from CSN in the future.
