We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." I purchased the stove to heat my wife's new art studio. It has worked out great. She loves it. Pretty straight forward to operate. It has a thermostat to control heat temp, but I would like it to have a thermometer to better control heat. Other than that, It's a great unit.

I bought this with the intention of offsetting some of the cost of my gas (heating) bill. The jury is still out on that one ... will have to wait for colder winter months. I love gazing at the virtual fire. Excellent product.

The fireplace when operating looks real. It provides enough warmth when heating to supplement our heating and will lower our heating bill this winter. It also provides romance to our living room.

I am quite pleased with product. The quality is very good and it seems well built. I have used the heater element several times and it really heats up a small place very fast.\nThe simulated "flames" make the living room very cozy on a chilly evening here in the desert. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an electric fireplace but who has limited space as I do in my mobile home.
