    It was inserted to replace an old gas fireplace. It added a finished look to the remodeling of our living room. Even without much heat produced, it still makes us feel as if it is heating the room.

    This is a great alternative to a traditional fireplace. We installed it in our upstairs library/den. It provides all the advantages of a wood burning fireplace without the hassle and expense of installation or maintenance. It installed easily in a book case where it fit exactly without any modification to the furniture except removing one shelf and moving another. It is well made and attractive.
