We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." It looks very nice in our family room where we spend most of the time. Heats very well for a small room. The casters design helps alot for us to move it anywhere we like. Flame effects looks real. Love the big insert. However, there is problem with the flame effect light in the back of the fireplace. It stopped working once, before I tried to call the manufacturer, it works again. It is still working fine. Hopefully it won't happen again 'cuz warranty only lasts for a year.

Its a beautiful piece of furniture adding warmth and coziness to any room. I particularly like the fact that you can turn on the flames only without the heater which makes its use possible even in the summer.

My GOSH!!!! This is truly an out standing item! It is my 2nd. favorite thing I own...ever!!! It is so beautiful, so stunning! I get "oooo's", and "ahhhhs" when any one see's it! My friend bought one from another maker, and source, and when she saw mine, she was dumb founded at much nicer mine is! I just love it! The wood is beautiful, and has intricate detail. The heater works great, the remote is great. I have every thing good to say about this awesome fireplace!!!! You have made me so happy! I LOVE it!!!! The best Christmas gift I ever received!!!! Good choice, I LOVE it!!!
